A Proud Moment…..



National Remote Sensing Centre of ISRO , Hyderabad had conducted a video Contest on Water Conservation to celebrate World Water Day.  This is to encourage the children to think novely about methods to save water an and develop leadership skills among students through competition and fun. Around 27 schools with 113 students participated in various events like  Quiz, drawing video making , etc., at the Hal campus campus in Balapur , Hyderabad.We are proud to share that we stand in second position in this competition in . The video was played by all the delegates of ISRO and other participants. The Participants were K. Mukunth – Grade 8 ,Eshaan – Grade 9, Jatin – Grade 10, Sai Charan Aditya – Grade 9, Aakash singh – Grade 9, Utkarsh Kulkarni – Grade 9 & Chikitha – Grade 8. They had an experience of meeting different Scientists and could gain a lot of knowledge about their achievements . The Kids were appreciated for their great idea .
Master Jatin Eshaan and Miss Chikitha were given the participation certificates for quiz and drawing competition.The main motto behind this event is to provide ample space for students to portray their talents; think out of box about methods to save water  to stay fit  and have fun. It also
taught them teamwork and the spirit of winning and losing from early childhood.

COLOURS OF SPLASH!!!!!!

Mount Carmel Global School had a colorful start this year with a COLOURS OF SPLASH Coloring activity which was held was held at the school.  The children participated and displayed their coloring skills. Each class got different worksheets to fill colors in. The children enjoyed this coloring activity where they were able to use their imagination to the fullest, use colors of their choice and show their creativity. It was a pleasure to watch these tiny tots and the youngsters work with such ease. It helped them to develop eye-hand coordination, fine motor skills and creativity. It inspired children to think and work creatively and promoted artistic excellence. Children participated earnestly in the activity. Each of these drawings were artistically colored by the children. It was an enjoyable day for them. This fun filled activity witnessed an enthusiastic participation by all the students.

About UOLO App

Hey guys,
Its almost an year that I have written something to my blog. So I just thought of comming back with an amazing article and I got one .
First of all as you all know , we have officially launched our school first YouTube channel know as "  The MCGS SPECTRUM"on 20 of this month , I am very happy to see this .
So comming to my main point of my article ,
We mcg'ns with a desire to connect ours teachers and our school management with our parents have linked ourselves with a new app called UOLO.
As a progressive step to update  our parents with our day to day information we have taken this step.
How to get into UOLO APP
STEP1 :- A message will be sent to your Mobile                 number written in your ALMANAC.

STEP2:- The message contains of a link with                      your username and password.

STEP3:- Click the link.

STEP4:-A dialogue bok appears ( only in some cases) click the play store for easy access.

STEP5:- Click on INSTALL and a dialogue box appears click ACCEPT.

STEP6:- Open the app after it has been installed.

STEP7:- Click get started

STEP8 :- If not logied in then enter the mobile number and password sent to you in the message.( Check STEP2 for reference) 

STEP9:- To have a secure password it is mandatory to change the password.

STEP10:- Enter the new password and confirm the password.

STEP11:- Click change password 

                        YOU ARE CONNECTED TO UOLO APP
 
Some important features of UOLO APP:-

- you can message anytime anywhere from mobile or desktop.

-you can send text messages pictures PDF or files. 
-each class has a separate group connecting our principal , teachers and students.

-parents and teachers cannot see each others contact numbers.
