Hey, wait, stop, and do not scroll down.
You might think that this essay is boring
but read it at least to find out. (But if you were reading it anyway then you
are a good person, carry on)…AND DON’T FORGET TO LEAVE YOUR VALUABLE COMMENTS
AND FEEDBACK….
Once upon a time there was a man who
never listened to news; he felt it was a waste of time. One day he decided to
eat in a restaurant. His bill was of Rs5000, but when he took out 4 notes of
1000, the waiter refused to take them. From that day onwards the man always
used to read newspapers. Can you guess why? I think all of you must have
understood why, it is because of demonetization. Now what is this all about?
Well, I’ll tell you…
Demonetization…..it is a really huge step
taken by our prime minister for the betterment of our nation on the 8 th of
November, 2016. But actually what is this “demonetization”? It is the act of
stripping a currency unit of its status as legal tender. It was an effort to
stop counterfeiting of the current banknotes allegedly used for funding
terrorism, corruption, use of drugs as well as a crack down on black money in
the country.
Let us know what our teachers and
students have to say on this:

What do you think we all should do in such a situation”?

Our
simple reply is “use plastic money and debit cards”. Imagine the variety of
problems we face to perform in our little small projects or bigger ones like
Annual day preparations….obviously for the nation this demonetization is a very
huge project being handled efficiently by our PM in spite of zillions of small
obstacles. In fact we are looking forward to implementation of other
revolutionizing bills like BTT (Bank Transaction Tax) and GST (Goods &
Service Tax).

On Makar Sankranti
Happy Makar Sankranti
All of us know that on Sankranti,
we all fly kites, clean our houses and some of us also perform poojas. But do
you know why Sankranti is celebrated? If not, then let me tell you: First of all Sankranti means transmigration (moving) of the Sun
from one Rāshi (constellation of the zodiac in Indian astronomy) to the next. Hence, there are 12 Sankrantis in a
year. A Sankranti is marked as the end of each month and the day following as
the beginning of a new month. But we celebrate only the important ones like, Makar Sankranti: Marks the transition of the Sun into Makara rashi (Capricorn) on its
celestial path, and the six month Uttarayana period. Don’t get tensed if you don’t
know the meaning of Utarayana, even I didn’t know at first, it means north
moving period. I bet you’re getting bored by reading all of this informative
stuff (but if you’re not, you are one of a kind person)!
Below is an image of the 12 rashi (constellations) with the earth, sun
and moon.
Let me tell you how we celebrated it in our school: Our day started with
God’s blessings (prayer), then the students of Vayu house performed an
excellent assembly in which they enlightened us more about Sankranti (because
of which I am able to write about this), and a few melodious songs. Throughout
that day our ears and minds were filled with the echoes of their sweet voices!
Later we made a rangoli (it was really beautiful) and we put a pot with pongal
(rice grains), we also put toys (bommalu) around the pot. We had several
activities too, like each class was allotted a period for kite flying. It was
loads of fun watching the colorful and vibrant kites soaring in the air. Overall
our day was filled with fun, happiness, and excitement (for the holidays)!!!

The Visit to Radio Big Fm
Radio Big FM
So its been a good while since the last post by us but I'd say time has kept us busy, The reason that there were no to hardly 2 to 3 posts in the months of December was due to the fact that all of the six reporters including me were busy. Making the competitions on 'The Christmas Quiz' and completing our project 'Alfa' which will be published soon in hardcopy. For now, I have for all my fellow MCGns is what we did on the 23rd of December.
10:25am
We have packed our cartons in which there is Clothes, toiletries, books and other Items. So after packing it, all of us reporters with Kalyani Ma'am left on the bus to reach the station of Radio Big FM 92.7.
11:20am
Well, it's been a good while since we left. The road definitely feels a little more shaky than what we perceived. Anyway we should probably reach there in an hour or so but the traffic of Hyderabad is a haphazard mess that I am not trusting.
12:40pm
So I do know I said we'd reach by 12:40 pm but Nah.... It's been more than 3 hours since we left but we still have not reached. I feel a little Nausea but the others are all enjoying the whole travel at least.
Let's just hope we reach by 12:50 maybe a couple of minutes more.
12:50pm
We just passed the same mall for the third time due to these diversions we can't turn where we want to and hence this is the state. It's almost 1 and I am now waiting to take out my lunch which is ..... let's not talk about that eh?
1:25pm
So after crossing that same mall for the fifth time we have finally reached and man I feel better than ever. The Nausea is gone and now we will meet the RJs of 92.7 big FM. I am excited and so is everyone else, I'd say we were much more excited than nervous at least for me that was the case.
2:10pm
We have entered the Radio station with the two huge boxes filled with stuff. So we are going to be the secret Santa of someone. I feel pleased. We just met the two RJs. RJ Shekhar Basha and RJ Krish both seemed happy to see us here and first of all they interviewed us. You can hear the recordings which went on Air on last Saturday:- https://soundcloud.com/mount-carmel-hyd
2:40pm

3:00pm

3:45pm
So now everyone is dropped and we are heading towards school
4:00pm
We told Principal Ma'am about our little adventure and then i headed home-by walking-which is close. I walked home soaking in the whole atmosphere and reached within minutes. Hasn't this been a great adventure? eh?
Thanks for joining me on the Diary-Article thing and As always thanks for reading

In the future
In the future, I think we will have flying cars, super-fast bikes. So ,we will not only look
sideways but also all around us to cross the roads ,as there will be flying
cars super-fast bikes lightning fast Trains and also private plane cars . People will have houses On mars or any other
planet or it can be any other galaxy. The new technologies will open up more
walls for the people to move from place to place. There will appear faster
trains even then the bullet trains. The airports will use different kinds of
planes. They will be smaller, but faster. You will be able to cross all over
the world just for couple of hours.I have some pictures of some futuristic vehicles for you
to see and enjoy.
The INU’s 40 km (25 mi) range, 25 km/h 15.5 mph top speed and polished, user-friendly design make for a nicely packaged commuting option
