WORLD PEACE
Once there lived two girls named world and peace. They both were very close friends and due to their this close friendship they were like only one person and were started to be called WORLD PEACE together. They always used to stay together and where ever they went all sorts of disputes would be solved and happiness would be there.
Until one day they both started fighting, their fights caused disputes among the other people. Everybody continued fighting and due to this many people, many families and even many countries got separated. There was nobody to solve their disputes and the people did not want to understand each other. The people were not even interested to know where world and peace were and the people who knew they had fought did not want to know the reason or try to solve their problem. Due to this world and peace became two different people and two different words. They both did not want to see each other and became very far from each other.
After some months a person called U.N came she knew how important world and peace were and she also knew the importance of them being together. First, she was a little afraid that she knew…. That……….
F.E.A.R HAS TWO MEANINGS….
FORGET EVERYTHING AND RUN OR……
FACE EVERYTHING AND RISE…..
So I think you all know what she had chosen, she had chosen the second way. She went to both of them and asked them the reason of their fight, after coming to know the reason she clarified their misunderstandings and made them both friends again. After becoming friends they three decided to make the people happy. But as they were only three members and there were millions of people they had to help, till now the solving of disputes is being done. U.N has become an organization that is known for making world peace. But still due to their friendship fight, they are not able to become the close friends they were first but they are friends still, and the only way we can make them best buddies again is by maintaining and following world peace.
I HOPE YOU ALL HAVE UNDERSTOOD THE IMPORTANCE OF WORLD PEACE AND IF YOU WANT TO KNOW THE REASON OF WORLD AND PEACE’S FIGHT, PLEASE WRITE YOUR VALUABLE COMMENTS.

HOPE AND POSITIVITY
Optimism and positivity are all important ideas that have the ability to make our lives better. However, they are not equivalent concepts; hope is an expression of our wishes that things will turn out well. It is an expression of our desire for a better future for ourselves and others.Secondly, optimism reflects a tendency to look at things in a positive way and reflects an increased expectation that things will, most of the time, go well. It's important to be clear about the differences between them, and when to use them. If we do so we are likely to be able to use them with greater success. Our noteworthy Ninth graders had attempted to show the difference by their short film................

Anger is a normal, healthy emotion. But it’s unhealthy when it flares up all the time or spirals out of control. Chronic, explosive anger has serious consequences for your relationships, your health, and your state of mind.
Here are our superb seventh graders of M.C.G.S with a short film on controlling anger ...

Save The Himalayas
Keeping guard and securing the Indian Peninsula from northerly chilly winds and enemy invasions ...With my peaks so steep and gorges so deep, I stood tall and high…. Feeling majestic.
Mighty has started to fall, I feel losing parts of me, flowing out of me.
Is it senescence or sarcopenia, or are my peaks becoming deliquescent I had never known them to be!
Glaciers are melting. Snowfall is getting replaced by rains. My illustrious rivers The Ganga, The Brahmaputra, The Indus, the Yamuna and much more are all flowing drier.
I call it a slow death, they call it Global Warming. Is it the wrath of God or gift of science?
HAPPY ENVIRONMENT DAY!!!

Hope and positivism
Hope is the word, the world thrives on. It has been noted that there is a very strong direct connection between our success and the hope that we have. A person who is hopeful of things working out has a much more positive attitude towards life than a person who doesn’t believe in hope. Having hope is ultimately the encouragement that a person has to try and experiment with things that will be beneficial for him or her But people who do not hope or are rather hopeless about things, fail to try out possibilities and eventually miss out on benefits. It is not always that people who hope are successful and achieve in all what they try but definitely are not left out in trying all the possibilities.
Dealing with dark times can be hard. Sometimes there is no simple way out, and it can at times seem like all hope is lost. There is always a solution to every problem, and it’s entirely possible to get out of a hopeless situation plenty of times in my life there has been moments where I just wanted to stop. Whether at the time when we shifted to Hyderabad or the time when I started dropping in academics, these dark times are inevitable and if I have learned anything from my father than that would be to keep the hope alive. He always has found a way to find hope even in times where I found things to be impossible.
Even though pretty much every one of my friends and family knows that I am quite a pessimistic person what they don't know is that I have learned the value of having hope deep within the heart. No matter how much dark things get all a person really needs is a tinker of hope to feel happy.
Hope plays a very important factor in determining our success in various factors of life. Having hope is almost a necessity today, people believe that they are strong, they can handle anything but life being life can be more than just unpredictable, it can be depressing, it can be mutilating. Truth be told everyone has a point in their lives where things don't go their way, at that point a person with hope faces the problems with courage, inspiration, and will. The feeling of being hopeful of things working out certainly acts as a personal cheerleader for a hopeful person. It motivates and encourages a person to try out all possibilities which would lead him to success. In opposite cases, wherein a person shows negativity towards hope keeps dwelling in negative thoughts sailing far away from success.
Being narcissistic and pessimistic has kind of become too common today, and it has its reasons but at the end of the day, it is the hope that keeps a person alive and working hard. Having hope can turn the most critical moments of bitterness into the most memorable journey to success.
I'd like to end this by saying that having hope and keeping faith can change lives. So have faith people.
Thanks.
Aayush..

Shasha's story
Hello, there folks, how are you? How was your day? Oh my, pardon me; I almost forgot to introduce myself… I am Sasha a fun-going cheerful student of grade 9(I am not boasting)! Let me tell you that I wasn’t always the same cheerful Sasha. I had learned a lesson- the hard way and I don’t want any of you to face the same problem.
Alright mates, don’t take my story light heartedly and fasten your seatbelts because we are going to enter the world of life and practical sense…blah…blah...blah…anyway, it all started when I was in Grade 3:-.sorry friends I was actually rattling my brain and analyzing the incident..Yeah so where were we, ah ha, so when I was a second class we had shifted from Bangalore to Hyderabad and I was the in the least way happy. I couldn’t imagine how I was going to survive without my besties, my class teacher, the local people whom I spoke to every day. It was a nightmare- the worst day of my life. Frankly speaking, I was sulking and really negative, I had no hope of making new friends. Yes, I agree this happens with many people but my case was different. The first day of school, I was surrounded by new faces and millions of questions, my class teacher was a tall and understanding man but it was probably my bad luck that when I was admitted in the school, Mr. Nice sir got hurt and took 2 months off and we got a plump and grouchy teacher. He ordered me to introduce myself but as I was walking to the front of the class I tripped on someone’s bag and fell flat on my nose. Ouch! It was really paining but that mean Mr. Grouchy said, “No one, will help her, she must learn how to walk properly”. This was too much for a 7-year-old like me and I couldn’t help but cry. Very slowly (I felt) a week passed by and luckily Mr. Grouchy was suspended and replaced by Mr. Good (I called him that), arrived, but that one week I felt that I was good for nothing and I used to sit silently. In fact because of this my grades went down and I lost my interest in activities. My parents showed me to several doctors but none could find out the problem (which was the negative impact of the humiliating speeches given by Mr. Grouchy). 2 weeks passed by and although I wasn’t sad I always used to think negative until one day my mom sent me to buy some milk. On the way back I saw three 4-year old children playing with a ball, but one of them hit the ball hard and it passed by me and landed on the road. The boy in excitement ran to pick it up but he didn’t notice a truck horning and coming towards him. I didn’t think twice and leaped in the way and pushed the boy aside but…………(don’t worry I was Ok) but the ball burst!! The boy began crying and with the change I had, I bought him a ball. He gave me a beautiful smile which changed me; he called me “super didi”. He had so much faith and hopes in me that instantly my negative thoughts changed to positive, I realized the power and importance of hope and positivity.
From that day I began working hard and within a month I became the topper of the class and made many friends…it was completely a new life….
So friends, the moral of the story is, always stay positive and have faith in yourself, another one is never giving your remote control to people disguised in this world as Mr. Grouchy…always listen and follow your heart…..
Bye, for now, folks but don’t worry I will be back with another incident to share with u!!!!

Hindi Diwas
My dear frnds do you know
why we celebrate hindi diwas?
Well here is what the
history says ....
14th September is
celebrated across the country as Hindi Diwas. But do you know why this date is
chosen exclusively to celebrate the day? Let us narrate the history behind the
celebration of Hindi Diwas on 14th September. When our country attained freedom
from British rule in 1947, then a big concern of language was standing before
them. India is a huge country with a varied culture. There are hundreds of
languages that are spoken in the country and more than thousands of dialects.
On 6th December 1946, Constitution Assembly was called to prepare the
constitution of independent India. Sacchinanand Sinha was appointed as the
Interim Director of Constitution Assembly, later he was replaced by Dr Rajendra
Prasad. Dr Bhimrao Ambedkar was the Chairman of Drafting Committee of
Constitution Assembly. The Assembly presented the final draft on 26th November
1949. Hence, independent India received its constitution on 26th January 1950
completely.
But still, the concern
for choosing an official language for the constitution was still unattended.
After a long debate and discussion, Hindi and English were chosen as the
official language of independent India. On 14th September 1949, Constitution
Assembly accepted Hindi written in Devnagri Script and English as an official
language. Later, Pt Jawaharlal Nehru announced this day to be celebrated as
Hindi Diwas in the country. First Hindi Diwas was celebrated on 14th September
1953.
“Hindi Diwas” was celebrated at our school campus
A special assembly with recreational activities marked the occasion with students singing melodious Kabir’s Dohey, Rahim’s Dohey and Thulasidas’s Dohey,

A" touch" of safety
Talking to children about safe touch might just save you and them from heartache for years to come. We come across so many cases of children being molested at sleepovers, at friends’ houses, tuition points and even by their own relatives. It can happen anywhere at anytime. Hence it is never too early to begin talking to children about safe touch
a soldier is not sent out into the battlefield without proper training and equipment, so do we .....to make sure that our children prepared.
. An adult or even peer pressure from other kids their own age can be powerful forces with which to contend, so we don’t want to put them in compromising situations.
We do not want our children to live in fear or mistrust all adults, but putting up boundaries is of utmost importance. They need to know that they have the power to say, “No!” and that we will always be there to listen.
and a worksheet to evaluate the child regarding the safety measure
